Tropical Bridge from the Caribbean to Alanya

The 5th International Alanya Tropical Fruit Festival, organized by Alanya Municipality, started with the participation of internationally important guests. Within the scope of the event, Nicaraguan Ambassador Tatiana Daniela García Silva, Guatemalan Ambassador Eduardo Enrique Hernandez Recinos and Panamanian Embassy Undersecretary Mario Alberto Julio Granados were hosted in the city. The diplomats were accompanied by many social media content producers, television programmers and chefs.

Diplomats Participated in Mango Harvest

Within the scope of the field program, municipal officials guided the guests together with Mayor Advisor Abdurrahman Açıkalın and Climate Change and Zero Waste Manager Sevda Çapa. The delegation first visited Hakan Hatipoğlu's mango garden, collected fruits from his branch and examined the tropical production processes on site.

Delicacy Tasting with Wedding Dinner Concept

The field trip continued in Feride's Tropical Fruit Garden area, owned by Feride Şenli. Tropical products specific to the city were introduced to foreign guests at a special tasting event organized with the theme of a traditional wedding dinner. Authorities stated that events continue in the festival area behind the old town hall and invited all citizens to the area.
