4.8 Billion Lira Infrastructure Investment from ASAT to Alanya

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration (ASAT) General Directorate continues a huge investment move to strengthen the drinking water and sewage infrastructure throughout Alanya. With the work carried out with a total budget of 4 billion 885 million TL, it is aimed to both secure the present of the city and leave a strong infrastructure for its future.

Hundreds of Kilometers of New Lines were Added

Within the scope of the projects carried out with the aim of securing the future of Alanya, 467 thousand 91 meters of drinking water lines were added to the district. Within the scope of the same works, 137 thousand 65 meters of sewer line was completed and put into service. Thanks to the infrastructure lines constructed, water transmission and wastewater management in the region have been brought to modern standards.

Great Contribution to Tourism and the Environment

The comprehensive infrastructure move protects the environmental health of the city and directly contributes to the tourism sector, which is the most important source of income in the region. ASAT Officials emphasized that investments aimed at protecting water resources and establishing an environmentally friendly infrastructure network will continue to support the sustainable development of Alanya.
