Call for Support from Justice Party Member Güneri for Alanya Tradesmen

Justice Party Alanya District Chairman Şükrü Güneri stated that Alanya tradesmen are going through a difficult period economically and drew attention to the debt burden and rent pressure. Güneri stated that with the end of the season, tradesmen had to struggle with debts instead of winter preparations.

Güneri emphasized that loan installments, tax and SSI debts, electricity, personnel and rent expenses are weighing on the tradesmen, and stated that despite sales, no profit can be made and there are collection problems in the market. He noted that restructuring steps are important, but will not be a solution on their own unless the debts shrink due to interest rates and new burdens.

Call to Property Owners and Economy Management

Calling out to property owners, Güneri stated that tradesmen should be facilitated in rent increases and said, "In today's difficult day, take responsibility instead of pushing the rent increase to the end."

Also calling on the economic management, Güneri asked for long-term, relaxing solutions for tax and SSI debts and to facilitate access to finance. Emphasizing that Alanya is not just about hotels, Güneri stated that the closure of shopkeepers means the loss of life in a street.
