Within the scope of the field work carried out, 90 pavement ramps were made suitable for disabled use, and the necessary arrangements were made on 16 overpasses.
"Accessibility is a Fundamental Right, Not a Privilege"
Murat Yavuz, Head of Social Services Department, emphasized that they act with the goal of a barrier-free city and used the following statements:
"As Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, we know that accessibility is not a privilege, but a fundamental right. For us, a barrier-free city is not only a city where physical barriers are removed, but also a city where everyone can live equally and together. As a result of the work we carry out with this understanding, our services have been certified with accessibility certificates. We will continue our work with determination for a more accessible Antalya."
