Gazipaşa Municipality tendered 11 immovable properties that belong to it for 3 years through the Open Bid Procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886. In the leasing transactions, which were carried out in a transparent environment in the presence of the municipal council, according to inconclusive results, 8 properties found new tenants, while no bidders were found for 3 properties.

City Transfer Station Offices Leased

Within the scope of the tender, office No. 2, located at the city transfer station, with an area of 13.50 square meters, was rented for 365 thousand liras annually, office no. 2b was rented for 500 thousand liras annually, excluding VAT, and offices no. 2f and 2c were rented for 3 years for 200 thousand liras annually. İstiklal Mahallesi Rasih Kaplan The workplace number 15, located in the district market on Rasih Kaplan Street, was rented for a period of 3 years for 70 thousand liras.

Restaurant and Buffet Tenders Completed

The 18 square meter supermarket No. 2a located at the transfer station was rented for 180 thousand liras annually, and the 100 square meters restaurant No. 2/1 was rented for 3 years for 800 thousand liras annually. The kiosk located in the park in Bakılar Mahallesi Sarısu was given to its new tenant for an annual fee of 215 thousand liras. The tender for the Zeytinada Mahallesi field, the Gazi Mahallesi merchant warehouse and the water sports area on the coastline, for which no bids were submitted, will be put out to tender again in the coming period.
