Principal Yılmaz Alanya Took His Education to the Top

Alanya District Director of National Education Yusuf Yılmaz was deemed worthy of the "Golden Torch Education Manager of the Year Award" in the prestigious organization organized for the 17th time this year by the Education Administrators and Experts Association (EYUDER). Yılmaz, who received an award in the giant organization where papers were presented in 55 sessions, panels and conferences were held with the participation of approximately 1000 administrators and academics, shared this great success with the Alanya education community and the people of the city. This historical success and the vision projects implemented in the last five and a half years have provided a direct and lasting benefit to the brand value of the region by massively increasing the quality of education in Alanya.

Since taking office on November 13, 2020, acting with an all-out team spirit, firsts have been achieved in the field of education in Alanya. While projects that were imitated, not imitated, were produced, full integration was achieved with the projects of the Ministry of National Education and Antalya Provincial Directorate of National Education. In the academic field, there was an increase in success of more than 300 percent at the secondary school level and 400 percent at the high school level. The number of Independent Vocational Education Centers (MESEM) was increased to three, ensuring that 52 percent of high school students were directed to vocational high schools and vocational education. In the last five and a half years, with the investments of the Ministry of National Education and 10 charitable school projects, the dual education system in the city has been completely ended. Visionary institutions such as Sports High School, Sports Secondary School, Technology Imam Hatip High School, Cyber Security High School and secondary schools, which will bring an era to urban education, were brought to Alanya, bringing the quality of public and private schools to the highest level.
