AESOB Started the Calendar for Debt Restructuring

Antalya President of the Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen (AESOB Adlıhan Dere reminded that the application period will end and stated that the debt files should be checked. Stating that the process of paying SSI premium debts and debts to the tax office in installments with annual deferred interest will be completed, Dere pointed out that the transactions should not be left to the last day.

Process and Details in Debt Restructuring

On the SSI side, premium debts and finalized administrative fines belonging to June 2026 and previous periods were included in the scope of deferment. Applications must be made to the relevant SSI unit where the debt is monitored and the first installment payment must be made. In line with the opportunity given, the debt payment period will be determined according to the financial situation and the evaluations to be made.

Separate Application Requirement for Tax Office Debts

While applications for debts to the tax office are carried out separately, the first payment in tax installments will begin as of September 2026. It is recommended that businesses consult their financial advisors and check their debt files for a payment plan that will be shaped according to the debt type and financial situation.
