The patient, who applied with complaints of difficulty in swallowing and chest pain, was consulted by ALKÜ Faculty of Medicine, Department of Thoracic Surgery, Lecturer at Alanya Training and Research Hospital. He was examined by Hilmi Keskin. As a result of the examination and endoscopy procedures, İlhan was diagnosed with a 13-centimeter benign tumor in his esophagus and underwent surgery with the closed surgical method applied for the first time in the hospital.
