Move to Increase Service Quality for Alanya EAH

Antalya Provincial Health Directorate Support Services President Sadettin Güzel, Vice President Hale Ak and Health Information Systems Unit Manager Osman Ünay and the accompanying delegation visited Alanya Training and Research Hospital (EAH).

Infrastructure and Information Systems were discussed

Alanya EAH Chief Physician Prof. Dr. During the meeting held with Banu Karakuş Yılmaz and the hospital management, studies that could be carried out to strengthen the technical infrastructure of the hospital and use information systems more effectively were discussed. Hospital managers, IT team and Health Information Management System (HIMS) company officials also attended the meeting. Within the scope of the meeting, steps to improve the system used, develop the technical infrastructure and make existing applications more efficient were evaluated in detail.

Field Inspections Were Carried Out

After the meeting, the delegation carried out on-site inspections at the hospital and observed the functioning of the existing technical infrastructure and systems. An exchange of views was completed on the steps to be taken to carry out uninterrupted and effective healthcare processes, increase system performance and modernize the technical infrastructure.
