Antalya Provincial Mufti's Office and Turkey Green Crescent Society Antalya Branch signed a cooperation protocol prepared within the scope of combating addiction types that threaten public health. The signing ceremony held at the Provincial Mufti's office was attended by Antalya Provincial Mufti Aydın Yığman and Turkey Green Crescent Association Antalya Branch President Atty. Osman Zeki Özcan, Provincial Deputy Mufti Şeyda Emine Yılmaz, Mufti's dependency coordinator and Green Crescent team attended. Parties; It decided to act jointly against drug, tobacco, alcohol, gambling and technology addiction.

Provincial Mufti Yığman stated that the fight against addiction is the common responsibility of all segments of society and stated that the protocol will make significant contributions to the protection of young people and families. Drawing attention to the critical role of spiritual guidance services in the fight against addiction, Branch President Özcan noted that the joint work to be carried out with the mufti's office will increase social awareness.

Spiritual Counseling and Educational Studies

In line with the signed protocol, spiritual counseling and guidance activities will be carried out in mosques and Quran courses. While religious officials are informed by Green Crescent representatives and coordinators; The aim is to implement training, seminars, material sharing and joint projects to raise public awareness.
