Alanya Municipality Provides a New Home for Disabled Citizens

Alanya Municipality has created a new living space for Muhammet Uyar a 52-year-old disabled citizen living alone in Türkler District within the scope of social municipality activities. For the citizens in need of shelter, Alanya Municipality and Alanya Yardımeli Derneği carried out a joint work and placed container houses in the region.

The situation of the citizen, who continues his struggle for life under difficult conditions, was evaluated by local government teams. The teams, which took action after the examinations, installed the container house in the designated area and made it ready for use. With this study, which is an example of social assistance, it was ensured that the disabled person lived in a safer and healthier environment.
