Avocado Çomaç Touch to Alanya Culinary Culture

The 5th International Alanya Tropical Fruit Festival, organized to promote local products grown in the fertile lands of Alanya, continues to host colorful competitions. Within the framework of the festival events, Alanya Çomaçı, one of the deep-rooted flavors of the region, was reinterpreted with a touch of avocado and presented to taste lovers.

Jury Evaluation Concluded

In the competition, which was held to keep the traditional culinary culture alive and to popularize the use of tropical fruits, participants competed fiercely to prepare the best avocado soup. After the meticulous evaluations of the jury members, Mürüvvet Kocaman came first, Ayşe Mecek came second and Songül Ayhan came third.
