Alanya Municipality Directorate of Science Affairs teams started hot asphalt paving on Güzelyalı Street, where infrastructure works have been completed. Comprehensive renovation works, which were initiated to prevent water and electricity cuts that victimize tourism professionals and citizens, especially in the summer months, put an end to the region's 30-year chronic infrastructure ordeal. The works are planned to be completed by Thursday, April 23 and the street will be reopened to traffic.

This renovation in the hotels area, which is the lifeblood of the Alanya economy, will directly increase the quality of life of the guests coming to the city and the tradesmen of the region. With the installation of new transformers and the complete updating of old lines, Güzelyalı Street achieves standards worthy of a modern tourism city. Alanya Deputy Mayor Murat Levent Koçak, Advisor to the Mayor Sadık Dizdaroğlu and Director of Science Affairs Atahan Uyar went to the field and personally inspected the asphalt preparations. Commenting on the process, Vice President Koçak emphasized that the electricity and water complaints experienced in the hotels area for a long time will be completely solved with new infrastructure investments. Stating that it is of great importance to permanently eliminate the infrastructure problems in the tourism region, Koçak noted that the works will be completed quickly in line with the promises made.
