Thanks to the environmental awareness of Alanya residents, hundreds of liters of waste vegetable oil were brought into the economy in three months.
Alanya, a total of 572 liters of vegetable waste oil were recycled within three months. The campaign, which increased approximately 2.5 times compared to the same period of the previous year, once again revealed that environmental awareness in the city and the public's participation in environmentally friendly practices are getting stronger day by day.
Waste Oils Brought into the Economy
The collected waste vegetable oils were processed in a way that would not harm the environment through licensed recycling companies and were re-introduced into the economy. Thanks to this work, pollution of water resources was prevented and a significant contribution was made to the sustainable environmental management goals of the city.
