Message from President Özçelik to the Future of Alanya

Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik issued a message on the occasion of the 106th anniversary of the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day. In his message, President Özçelik pointed out that April 23 is the most solid step taken by the nation on the way to independence and emphasized that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's gift of this day to children is the clearest sign of confidence in the future.

Emphasis is placed on education and social projects

Stating that as the local government, great efforts are made to ensure that children grow up in better conditions, Özçelik stated that social, cultural and educational projects continue to be produced in the district. These studies are expected to provide a great direct benefit to the future socio-cultural structure and welfare of the city by laying the groundwork for the young generations in Alanya to grow up as healthy and happy individuals.

Loyalty to Martyrs and Veterans

In the last part of the statement, April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day was celebrated, and all martyrs, especially the founder of the Republic, the great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his friends, were commemorated with mercy and veterans with gratitude.
