The road ordeal of the residents of Kestel and Mahmutlar is over

Alanya Municipality continues its work uninterruptedly to make the damaged roads throughout the city modern and comfortable. Mayor of Alanya Osman Tarık Özçelik, vice mayors Murat Levent Koçak, Haydar Uyar, Servet Ünlü, presidential advisor Nazmi Zavlak and Director of Technical Affairs Atahan Uyar and made inspections. The delegation listened to the demands of Kestel Neighborhood Headman Hüsnü Uyar and the residents of the neighborhood and planned the infrastructure and superstructure works in the region. As a result of the field survey, a large-scale road construction plan covering two neighborhoods was finalized.

Hot Asphalt Move in Kestel Stage

Antalya The damaged roads are being completely renewed as a result of the network line renewal works carried out in the region by the General Directorate of ASAT and TEDAŞ. Within the scope of the planning, the old parquets on the 30-meter development road between İsa Küçülmez Street and the headman's office will be removed and replaced with 1,650 meters of hot asphalt. 1,850 meters of hot asphalt will be poured on the route between the headman's office and Yangili Cemetery. Thus, a total of 3,500 meters of road network in the Kestel region will be completely renewed.

Superstructure Attack in Mahmutlar Region

In the second leg of the field investigations, comprehensive works are being initiated on Atatürk Street, one of the busiest arteries of the Mahmutlar District. Asphalting will be done on the 1,050-meter route between Yangıllı Cemetery and Menderes Boulevard Mevlana Junction. In this region, where pedestrian and vehicle circulation is intense, the old paved roads will be dismantled and a 2,700-meter section will be covered with asphalt. When the works are completed, a new superstructure of 3,750 meters in total will be added in the Mahmutlar stage. Prior to the work to be carried out by the Technical Works Directorate teams in coordination with the contractor companies, the residents of the neighborhood expressed their gratitude to Özçelik and his team for the quick solution planning.
