Alkü Students Celebrated the Republic at the Beach Football Championship

Over 200 volunteer students of Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ) Faculty of Sports Sciences celebrated the 103rd anniversary of the Republic at the Beach Football World Club Championship, accompanied by giant Turkish flags and torches. The organization held at 23 Projects International Beach Sports Center in Alanya witnessed colorful images.

Republican Enthusiasm Moved to the International Arena

The celebration held in the championship, where 33 countries from five continents competed with 48 teams, attracted great attention. Students brought the pride of Republic Day to the atmosphere of the international organization with the visual feast they created with Turkish flags and torches. ALKÜ students, who took on voluntary duties throughout the championship, also had the opportunity to gain experience in the event where athletes from different countries participated. The celebration, held with the active participation of volunteers, brought together the unifying power of sports and the feeling of national unity and solidarity.
