Necmettin Yılmaz'ı rahmet ve minnetle anan Bakan Özer, "Henüz ömrünün ve mesleğinin baharındayken Tunceli'de PKK'lı teröristlerce kaçırıldıktan sonra şehit edilen öğretmenimizin adını, bayrağımızın dalgalandığı her yerde ve her okulumuzda yaşatacağız. Ülkemizde nice pırıl pırıl Necmettin Öğretmenler yetiştirmek adına durup dinlenmeden çalışacağız." İfadelerini kullandı.
