Comfortable and Modern Era in Kestel Transportation

Alanya Municipality continues its efforts to make the transportation network throughout the city more modern and safe. The first phase of the comprehensive infrastructure and superstructure renewal project initiated on İsa Küçülmez Street in Kestel District, which is frequently used by local people and drivers, has reached the completion stage. The project, which was examined on-site by Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik approximately 20 days ago, is progressing within the planned program with the intense work of the teams in the field.

In the first stage of the project, which was designed in three stages, hot asphalt laying was successfully carried out on the 1,600-meter route extending to the headman's office, in the northern part of the divided road in the east-west direction of İsa Küçülmez Street. After the ground preparations were completed in the southern part of the road, hot asphalt laying operations started.

Comprehensive Renovation from Top to Bottom

The work carried out by field teams is not limited to asphalt paving. Within the scope of the project, the irrigation infrastructure is completely renewed by the Parks and Gardens Directorate, while the power lines in the region are also modernized. The renovation move, in which landscaping arrangements are also integrated, aims to both strengthen the infrastructure of the street and give it an aesthetic appearance.

The Button Has Been Pressed for the Second Stage

Following the significant progress made in the first stage, preparations for the second stage started without wasting time. Asphalt scraping operations will begin in a short time on the approximately 2,200-meter route extending from in front of the Mukhtar's Office building to the traffic lights on Mahmutlar Fevzi Çakmak Street. With the completion of all stages, one of the most critical transportation axes of the region will be put at the service of citizens with its infrastructure in accordance with modern standards and its renewed environment.
