Comfortable Transportation Move from Gazipaşa Municipality to İstiklal Neighborhood

Gazipaşa Municipality Directorate of Technical Affairs teams continue their field work in the city center in order to make the transportation network throughout the district safe and comfortable. Municipal teams, which continue their asphalt paving activities in rural areas, open new alternative routes in the district center and carry out the production of parquet roads and pavements.

Superstructure Work After Stormwater Infrastructure

As part of the work, the construction of paving stones and pavements has started in İstiklal District 12013 Street, where a rainwater infrastructure line was previously laid. It was reported that a total of 3 thousand square meters of area will be covered with interlocking parquet. With the completion of the application, it is aimed to make the street more orderly and safer in terms of both pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Field Inspections Were Made On-Site

Gazipaşa Mayor Mehmet Ali Yılmaz, together with Deputy Mayor Serkan Özkurt, inspected the area where the work was carried out. Mayor Yılmaz, who received information from the technical team during the on-site inspections, stated that they aimed to strengthen the transportation infrastructure in the district and wished that the arrangement would be beneficial for the residents of the neighborhood.
