The sea and beach cleaning event to be held on the coasts of Alanya aims to raise environmental awareness and protect the blue homeland.
As part of World Cleanup Day, a sea and beach cleaning organization is organized to raise environmental awareness. In the event to be held on the coast of Alanya, environmental volunteers and athletes will collect waste on the sea surface and shore with surface standing paddling (SUP) boards.
Coasts and the Sea Will Be Cleared of Waste
The environmental cleaning movement will be carried out between 09.00 and 10.30 on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The work, which aims to contribute to the protection of the blue homeland, will be carried out along the line in front of Soğuk Kapı Beach and the historical Shipyard.
Environmental Mobilization for a Common Future
The organization, which will be held with the participation of volunteers, aims to raise awareness by collecting plastic and general waste that harms the marine ecosystem. Authorities invited all citizens to support this meaningful event in order to protect nature and leave a cleaner environment.
