Governor Şahin Announced the Peace Report

Indicating that a total of 10 thousand 324 public order incidents occurred throughout the province, including Antalya and Alanya in April, Governor Şahin announced that 99.8 percent of these incidents were illuminated by law enforcement forces. Stating that 5 thousand 11 people wanted for various crimes were caught, Şahin stated that 111 of the caught people were arrested by the courts they were brought to. While more than 1 million people and vehicles were questioned within the scope of 3 thousand 889 inspections carried out throughout the province; Many unlicensed weapons and stolen vehicles were seized.

Determined Fight Against Drugs and Smuggling

Stressing that operations against poison traffickers continue unabated, Governor Şahin noted that 1,118 narcotics operations were carried out in April. During these operations, 1,256 suspects were prosecuted and large amounts of drugs and synthetic pharmaceuticals were seized. Stating that the notices received within the scope of the NARVAS project were carefully evaluated, Şahin announced that assets worth 459 million TL were seized in 127 operations carried out within the scope of the fight against smuggling and organized crime. It was emphasized that the fight against cyber crimes and irregular migration will continue with determination in the city, where 448 thousand 396 drivers were checked during traffic inspections.
