Antalya Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts to reintroduce injured and weakened wild animals to nature. A red hawk, found weak by citizens in Muratpaşa district, was handed over to the authorities and taken under protection.

One Month Treatment Process

The injured bird, brought to the Natural Life Park, was subjected to a comprehensive treatment process under the supervision of veterinarians. The red hawk, which was carefully cared for for about a month and its rehabilitation process was completed, fully regained its health.

He Winged to Freedom

The red hawk, which was taken to its natural habitat after its treatment, was successfully released back into the sky by the teams. It was reported that such rescue and rehabilitation efforts, carried out to preserve the natural balance, will continue throughout the region.
