Years of Suffering in Kaş Countryside Are Over

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality has added a new one to its infrastructure moves aimed at increasing transportation safety and comfort in the rural neighborhoods of Kaş district. With the project initiated to eliminate the transportation problems that the people of the region have been experiencing for many years, a comprehensive asphalting process was put into effect on the group roads.

Covering a Wide Network

As part of the work, surface asphalt application is being carried out on the 16-kilometer main artery connecting Uğrar, Kızılağaç and Akörü neighborhoods. The route in question is also actively used by Çataloluk, Sarıbaşlar, Çukurhayıt and Taşlı neighborhoods.

48.5 Million Lira Investment

Thanks to the project, which was implemented at a cost of approximately 48.5 million TL, the transportation standard of seven neighborhoods in the region is being increased. The aim of the work, which makes the road trouble that has been going on for years a thing of the past, is to make transportation between rural settlements safer and more comfortable.
