Antalya Governorship Opens Two Schools in Alanya
Two large high schools built in Alanya with the support of philanthropists will be put into service on Monday, Nisan 20, with the participation of the state protocol.
Education investments in Alanya continue to strengthen with the support of philanthropists. Two new vocational and technical Anatolian high schools, brought to education by philanthropists Numan Gümrükçüler and Mithat Bileydi, open their doors with official ceremonies to be held on Nisan 20, 2026.
Opening Work in Kargicak and Oba
The first stop of the opening program will be Kargıcak District at 10.30. The opening ceremony of Emine Gümrükçüler Tourism Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, built by the philanthropist Numan Gümrükçüler, will be held. In the second leg of the program, İrfan Bileydi Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, located in Oba District and built by the philanthropic Mithat Bileydi, will be put into service at 11.30.
State Protocol Meets in Alanya
In addition to Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin, the previous Dışişleri Bakanı, regional deputies and provincial and district protocol members are expected to participate in the ceremonies to be held. At the ceremonies, the importance of vocational education on the region's tourism and economy will be emphasized, and philanthropic families will be thanked for their contributions to education.
