Entrepreneurial Youth Found Inspiration at Antalya Camp

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality hosted an important organization in order to increase the entrepreneurial potential of young people. The Entrepreneurship and Mentoring Camp brought together young entrepreneurs from Antalya and İstanbul. The event was realized in cooperation with BTM, TEKMER and ZindeZihin.

Leadership Training from Experts

During the camp, the participating young people; received comprehensive training on leadership, crisis management, mentoring and effective decision-making processes. Young entrepreneurs had the opportunity to share experience by coming together with Sami Bugay, Tufan Çetiner and Murat Ünver, who are experienced names in their fields. In the workshops, mental clarity and decision-making mechanisms in difficult processes were discussed in detail.

Education and Cultural Trip Together

In the organization, which included social activities as well as the training program, the communication and business network between the participants was strengthened through the conversations around the campfire. After intensive training and workshop processes, the program ended with a cultural tour covering the historical Kaleiçi and the Marina.
