Rector Türkdoğan Shared the Dreams of Young People

Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University ( ALKÜ ) Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Ahmet Türkdoğan met with student community leaders at the breakfast program. At the meeting held in a restaurant in the Damlataş area, the demands and suggestions of young people were listened to on site. The program was attended by Alanya University Rector Prof. Dr. Turan Sağer, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kılıç, Prof. Dr. Atıf Bayramoğlu, Prof. Dr. Işık Bayraktar, AK Party District Chairman Mehmet Şarani Tavlı, Youth and Sports District Director Emre Kıldırgıcı, District Director of National Education Yusuf Yılmaz and General Secretary Hüseyin Er attended.

Multidisciplinary Study Period at University

Noting the 300 percent increase in the activities of student communities, Rector Türkdoğan emphasized that the personal development of young people should not be limited to diplomas. Türkdoğan stated that social events strengthen the image of the university in society and said, "Thanks to your success, we explained that we are a strong state university in Alanya. Now, not only the name but also the departments and projects are being discussed. Our goal is to increase multidisciplinary studies. Increase diversity by producing joint projects with different departments. The doors will remain open to you until the end."

Protocol members who spoke at the meeting stated that they are always with the young people. AK Party District Chairman Tavlı stated that young people are working to implement their ideas; Youth and Sports Director Kıldırgıcı and National Education Director Yılmaz reminded that the doors of the institution are always open to young people.
