Student Safety Seminar for Shuttle Drivers in Manavgat

A training seminar was held with the participation of transportation education and special shuttle services contractors for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, school principals who receive transportation centers and private shuttle transportation, and vehicle drivers and guide personnel who carry out transportation services. The program, held at the Manavgat İbrahim Sözen Youth Center Conference Hall, was chaired by District National Education Director Ali Hakan Öz.

Student Safety is the Priority Sensitivity

Speaking at the seminar, District National Education Director Ali Hakan Öz emphasized that the life safety of students, who are the guarantee of the future, comes first in all educational activities carried out. Öz stated that ensuring safe access to educational institutions, especially for children in need of special education, is one of the highest priority areas of sensitivity of the institution.

Traffic Rules Must Be Strictly Obeyed

It was stated that the attention, care and sensitivity shown by shuttle drivers providing student transportation services in traffic is of vital importance for the health and safety of children. It was noted that it is the basic responsibility of every driver to strictly comply with the traffic rules, to take complete in-vehicle safety measures, and to take utmost care in the boarding and exiting processes of especially disadvantaged students and those in need of special education.
