Floral Loyalty Before Eid in Alanya Cemeteries

Alanya Municipality held the traditional free seedling distribution event this year, in order to make citizens' grave visits more meaningful and to beautify the cemeteries before Eid al-Adha. With the organization of the Parks and Gardens Directorate teams, a total of 67 thousand 200 flower seedlings were gifted to citizens in 32 different cemeteries throughout the city on the eve of the eve. This meaningful service, which both adds aesthetic value to the city of Alanya and strengthens spiritual ties, was greatly appreciated by the public.

Meaningful Visit to Cemeteries from Protocol

Within the scope of the event, Alanya Mufti Mehmet Seven, Mayor's Advisor Nazmi Zavlak and Parks and Gardens Director Nazmi Uyar came to the cemeteries and met with the citizens. The delegation distributed seedlings with their own hands to the citizens who visited the graves of their relatives before the Eid and congratulated the people on the Eid. Thanks to this service provided by the municipality, visitors had the opportunity to decorate the graves of their loved ones with flowers.

Prayers were made for the martyrs

After the seedling distribution program, protocol members went to the Garrison Martyrdom and commemorated the heroes who died for the sake of the country. After the recitation of the Holy Quran led by Mufti Seven, prayers were made for our beloved martyrs. This traditional practice, while revitalizing the spiritual climate of the city, ensured that the feelings of solidarity and loyalty throughout Alanya were raised to the highest level before the holiday.
