The Exciting Wait for the Holy Land Has Begun

According to the official announcement made by the Presidency of Religious Affairs, the final registration process has officially started for candidates who are eligible to go to the Holy Land. Pilgrim candidates will be able to complete their registration through the e-Government portal between 30 July and 18 August 2026.

Vacancy quotas will be filled in order of draw

The process will continue for the vacant quotas after the first registration period. Reserve registration procedures, based on the draw order, will be carried out between 24 August and 01 September 2026. Those who do not register within the specified dates will lose their rights unless they have a valid excuse and will not be able to benefit from this right in the coming years.

Passport Expiry Must Be Attentioned

Passport validity dates were also noted in order to avoid any victimization during the process. It is reminded that the passport validity period of citizens who will go on a sacred journey must be at least until November 20, 2027. It was stated that detailed information can be obtained from the provincial and district mufti offices or the call center.
