On the tenth anniversary of the struggle for democracy, the martyrs who died for the sake of the country will be commemorated with commemoration programs organized by the Alanya District Governorate.
The tenth anniversary of the coup attempt, which was one of the most critical turning points in Türkiye's recent history and resulted in the victory of the national will, will be commemorated with comprehensive events in the city. Within the scope of the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day commemoration program, two-day official ceremonies and commemorative marches will be organized throughout the district. It is aimed to keep democracy awareness alive with events that aim to bring together all segments of society.
Two-Day Ceremony Program Announced
The commemoration events, which will be held under the coordination ofAlanya District Governorate, will be held on 14 and 15 July. Prayers will be recited and democracy watch will be held in the programs organized with the participation of the city protocol, non-governmental organizations and citizens. The authorities invited the whole public to events in the squares to commemorate the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country with mercy and the heroic veterans with gratitude.
The Spirit of National Unity Will Be Kept Alive in the City Square
The organizational infrastructure of the events to be held on the anniversary of the democracy epic has been completed. Messages of national unity and solidarity will be highlighted throughout the events.
