Cultural Caravan Brought Enthusiasm to the Streets of Alanya

Alanya A festival of culture, art and tourism started from Alanya Municipality. Alanya International Culture, Art and Tourism Festival, organized for the 24th time this year with the theme of "caravan", contributes greatly to the international promotion of the city and the economic vitality of local tradesmen. The event, which brought together cultural ambassadors from all over the world, opened its doors with a colorful cortege march attended by thousands of local and foreign guests. Citizens of different countries, marching in the kilometers-long cortege with their marching bands and local costumes, added a visual richness to the festival.

Different Cultures Met Under a Common Roof

Sister city delegates, folk dance teams, sports clubs and hotels took part in the event. Drawing attention to the unifying power of the festival, Alanya Deputy Mayor Murat Levent Koçak touched upon the importance of solidarity and common life culture. Koçak, Germany Gladbeck, Lithuania Şilute, Latvia Talsi, Poland Wodsizlaw Slaski and Nowy Sacz were present at the festival. Emphasizing that the caravan theme means walking together and producing new stories, Koçak reminded that Alanya is a city that has opened its doors to everyone from past to present and invited the participants to be a part of this solidarity.

Loyalty Award to Those Who Give Their Life to Agriculture

The opening program was greatly appreciated with the Alanya zeybek show. Then, within the scope of traditional lifetime awards, those who supported agriculture were thanked. Producers Mehmet Balki, Ahmet Dalabasmaz and Ahmet Arslan, who contributed to the agriculture of the region, received their awards from Vice President Koçak. Additionally, Russia Antalya Consul Alexey Voronin and Kazakhstan Antalya Consul General class="notranslate">Kuat Akhmetkalievich Kanafeev was presented with plaques of appreciation. The day program was crowned with a classical music concert by Aspendos Ensemble.

Unforgettable Music Festival with Aşkın Nur Yengi

In the evening part of the festival, musical enthusiasm reached its peak. DJ Haluk Sarıtaş was the first to take the stage in the concert area behind the old town hall and gave the audience lively moments. Then, the famous artist Aşkın Nur Yengi performed her popular works for thousands of people who filled the area. At the end of the concert, hosted by Sarı Şeker Sema, Alanya Mayor's Advisor Sadık Dizdaroğlu presented gifts to the artists on behalf of the unforgettable night.
