Kızılkule's Splendor Echoed from the Tongues of Young People

The 800th anniversary of the construction of Kızılkule, the historical symbol of Alanya, and April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day were crowned with a meaningful event. Deputy Mayor Murat Levent Koçak and protocol members participated in the program called "Echoes from Kızılkule", which was organized under the coordination of the Alanya District Governorship and with the support of the District Directorate of National Education. The show, prepared with great care by the teachers and students of Hasan Çolak Anatolian High School, gave the audience emotional moments.

A Meaningful Journey into the Depths of History

The historical building, which is the most important part of the city's cultural heritage, was introduced more closely to the younger generations thanks to this event. Such organizations, which are of great importance in terms of cultural tourism, are expected to refresh the historical memory of the city and provide serious benefits to Alanya tourism and the formation of urban awareness in the long term. In the program, under the guidance of Evliya Çelebi, important characters of deep-rooted history from Ergenekon to the Seljuks, from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic were successfully portrayed on stage by high school students.

Magnificent Finale with Special Composition

The event, in which the historical process was explained in a theatrical and fluent language, ended with a music concert specially composed for Kızılkule. Vice President Koçak and the accompanying delegation followed the performance of the young people with interest and congratulated the students for their efforts who contributed to the survival of Alanya's historical identity and its transfer to future generations.
