The Brush of the Little Ones Cheered Up the Historical Kızılkule

Alanya Municipality and Alanya District Directorate of National Education held a meaningful artistic meeting within the scope of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day activities. The painting competition with the theme of " Kızılkule Through the Eyes of a Child", which was held with the participation of all primary and secondary education institutions throughout the district, was concluded. Within the scope of the competition, 44 works prepared by the students with great devotion and most appreciated by the jury started to be exhibited in the historical tower, which is the landmark of the city.

Historical Heritage Shaped by the Eyes of Children

The opening ceremony of the exhibition; Alanya Deputy Mayor Murat Levent Koçak, Alanya District Director of National Education Yusuf Yılmaz, teachers, students and parents were held with the wide participation. The works, in which the students blended the historical heritage of the city with their own imagination, were highly appreciated by the participants. Speaking at the opening, Vice Mayor Koçak emphasized that the effort and dedication of the children are very valuable and rewarded the little painters with various gifts.

The exhibition will remain open until Sunday

This event, which combines children's enthusiasm for the national holiday with art through the symbol of Alanya, also contributes to the cultural texture of the city. The exhibition, which includes dozens of different perspectives and admission is free, will continue to host its visitors until Sunday, April 26. Art lovers will have the opportunity to see the historical heritage poured from the brush of the children on site.
