İlçeye yeni sağlık hizmetleri sunulmaya devam ediyor. Alanya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde görevli Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hastalıkları Ana Bilim Dalı Bölümü Öğretim Üyesi Dr. Fuat Yavrum tarafından hastanede ilk kez göz kornea nakli ameliyatı başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirildi.
