Harsh Reaction from New Party Alanya President Kandemir to the Tube Price Increase

New Party Alanya District Chairman Bülent Kandemir criticized the latest developments in the economy by making a written statement on the increase of the 12 kilogram kitchen cylinder from 1,655 lira to 1,855 lira. Kandemir stated that the country's economy has gotten out of control in the last ten years.

**"Citizens Are Accounting for Cooking"**

Kandemir drew attention to the difficulties experienced by citizens, retirees and tradesmen in the face of increasing costs, and reacted to the price increases in every field, from fuel to food and rent. Kandemir emphasized that the current economic situation cannot be presented as a success story at a time when citizens are counting on cooking in their kitchen.

**"Change is No Longer a Choice, It is a Necessity"**

Referring to the funding allegations made public in his statement, Kandemir argued that although the raises of civil servants and workers have been carefully scrutinized for months, the political dimension of the allegations has still not been clarified. Underlining the need for justice and trust as well as economic problems, Bülent Kandemir stated that Türkiye needs a new management approach, not new raises, and called for change in the ballot box in the first general election.
