5 Thousand Saplings in Alanya from the Metropolitan

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality carried out a comprehensive organization to encourage carob production in Alanya as part of its local development move. The Alanya Carob Sapling Distribution Ceremony, organized with the motto "Antalya Produces, Turkey Wins", aimed to support agricultural production.

Certificate and sapling support for trainees

The trainees, who successfully completed the Alanya Carob Cultivation training held before the distribution ceremony, received their certificates at a ceremony. Saplings were delivered to the producers who gained technical knowledge during the training process in order to turn their theoretical knowledge into practice. Within the scope of the project, a total of 5 thousand carob saplings were delivered to farmers to be brought together with the soil.

Efficiency in Agricultural Production is Targeted

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality officials aim to increase carob production, which is of strategic importance for the regional economy, and to increase the income level of farmers. While the organization, in which 5 thousand saplings were distributed, was welcomed by the producers, it was reported that agricultural training and equipment support will continue to increase throughout the district.
