Alanya, the only destination running a data-driven joint marketing campaign of this scale throughout the Antalya region, continues to take proactive steps to maintain its market share. This strategic move provided a huge economic benefit to the region by directly preventing the Alanya economy and local tradesmen from being damaged during global crisis periods.

Record Interaction Rates in Digital Marketing

Within the scope of promotional strategies, the emphasis on "family-friendly environment" and "ideal family holiday" were the main factors that increased reservations. According to performance data of digital campaigns, engagement rates increased from 6.61 percent to 11.16 percent, although Targeted Social Advertising budgets remained constant. In private e-mail newsletter marketing, the open rate of e-mails increased to a record 33.2 percent, from 17.8 percent in the previous campaign. These proactive steps quickly reversed the short-term slowdown brought on by news of conflict appearing in the media as of February 6, keeping cancellations to a minimum.

Açıkalın stated that their strategic promotional activities paid off even during difficult periods on a global scale. Jet2 General Manager of Airports and Tourism Organizations Jacob Bramley noted that they are very happy to work jointly with ALTAV to promote this wonderful destination and that they look forward to long-term cooperation.
