The Regulation on Amending the Regulation on the Certification of Simple Accommodation Facilities and Beach Establishments prepared by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette No. 33352 dated 26 August 2026. With the new regulation, critical changes have been made in the certification processes, minimum qualifications and inspection mechanisms of simple accommodation facilities operating throughout Alanya.

Within the scope of the regulation that came into force, it is aimed to increase the service quality of accommodation facilities and beach businesses serving on a local scale. In accordance with the decision that redefined the certification procedures, the minimum physical and hygienic conditions of the facilities were subject to strict inspection rules.
