Tropical Flavors Take the Stage

The International Tropical Fruit Festival, organized for the 5th time this year by Alanya Municipality, witnessed colorful images and delicious presentations. Alanya University Cookery and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students, who took part in the event, left their mark on the organization. Future chef candidates assisted in the kitchen to national and international guest chefs who came to the city for the festival.

The organization, where special recipes prepared using tropical fruits were presented to the visitors, allowed the students to demonstrate their professional competencies in the field. As part of the inter-institutional cooperation exhibited during the festival, a gift was presented to Ali Kalafat, Secretary General of Alanya University, for his contributions. The university administration expressed its gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to the organization, which allowed students to gain experience by increasing their practical skills.
