Blood Donation Campaign is Held in 9 Schools in Alanya During November

Alanya District Directorate of National Education, in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent, started a comprehensive blood donation campaign in educational institutions throughout the district. The campaign, which will be continued throughout November, aims to raise awareness of social cooperation and contribute to the blood stocks of the Red Crescent.

According to the planning made by the District Directorate of National Education, Red Crescent teams will host citizens and the education community with stands to be established in 9 different schools during November. Within the scope of the campaign, neighborhood residents and parents around the school are expected to actively participate in the donation.

Announcing the details of the campaign, Alanya District Director of National Education drew attention to the vital importance of blood donation and invited all citizens to schools. It was reported that the work will continue in the school gardens and fields in accordance with the determined calendar throughout November.
