63 Criminals Fleeing from Türkiye Were Caught Abroad and Extradited

With international operations carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, criminals who had a search warrant and escaped abroad were extradited to Türkiye. During the work carried out between 23 September and 23 October, a total of 63 criminals, 33 wanted with a red notice and 30 wanted at the national level, were caught and brought to the country.

Returns Provided from 8 Different Countries

Extradition of criminals; It was carried out as a result of joint cooperation with law enforcement units of Georgia (49), Germany (5), Greece (3), Kyrgyzstan (2), Bulgaria, Moldova, TRNC and Montenegro. It was reported that there were organized crime group members and drug dealers among the people captured.

Multilateral Institutional Cooperation

Operations; EGM was carried out under the meticulous monitoring of the Interpol-Europol Department, Ministry of Justice officials and KOM, Intelligence, Anti-Narcotic Crimes, Cyber, Public Order and TEM Departments. The Ministry emphasized that fugitive criminals will continue to be meticulously tracked and brought to justice.
