District Governor Kara, who had a heart attack, was sent off with prayers in Antalya

A funeral ceremony was held in Antalya Governorship for Muratpaşa District Governor İhsan Kara, who died due to a heart attack at night.

The Civil Administration Community and the Protocol Met at the Ceremony

Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin, Antalya MPs, deputy governors, district governors, Antalya Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Major General Hüseyin Bekmez, Antalya Provincial Mufti Aydın Yığman, provincial and district protocol and the family and relatives of the deceased Kara attended the ceremony held in Antalya Governorship.

Speaking at the ceremony, Governor Şahin wished God's mercy to the late District Governor İhsan Kara and expressed his condolences to his family, relatives and civil administration community.

The Burial Will Be Held in Konya on Friday

After the prayers made by Provincial Mufti Aydın Yığman at the ceremony, District Governor Kara's body was taken to Muratpaşa Mosque. Following the funeral prayer, the deceased's body was sent to his hometown, Konya, to be buried on Friday.
