Inspection in Antalya Before the Giant Summit

Preparations continue with high-level inspections in the city, which is preparing to host the COP31 organization, which is considered one of the most important climate summits in the world. Minister of Internal Affairs Mustafa Çiftçi and Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum, who came to the city to observe and evaluate the work carried out in this context, were welcomed with an official ceremony at the airport.

At the welcome held at the airport, Antalya Provincial Police Chief Dr. Sabit Akın Zaimoğlu and the provincial protocol were present. The delegation will discuss in detail the security and infrastructure measures in the region in order to run the international organization smoothly.

The ministers, who will inspect all facility and field arrangements in the city before the summit, will attend inter-institutional coordination meetings and examine the projects carried out on site in order to complete the hosting process.
