Alanya Financing Expectations of the Business World Were Discussed

Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO) President Eray Erdem hosted the Vakıfbank branch managers in the district and conveyed the financing demands of the business world.

Vakıfbank Alanya Branch Manager Mehmet Onur Gökçe, Konaklı Branch Manager Emine Yücel and Mahmutlar Branch Manager Mikail Tugay met with President Erdem. During the visit, the 1.5 billion euro development finance agreement provided within the scope of the Türkiye Access to Finance for Employment and Growth Project was detailed.

Special Support for Women and Young Entrepreneurs

Details of the Development-Focused Value Banking Support Package, implemented in cooperation with the World Bank, were shared at the meeting. It was stated that in the project, which aims for more effective participation of women and young entrepreneurs in the financial system, loan opportunities are offered under seven different headings. While President Erdem conveyed the problems and expectations of the members in terms of access to finance to the authorities, it was emphasized that women's cooperatives and exporters can also benefit from these packages.

Developments in the Markets and Credit Processes were Evaluated

At the meeting, where commercial financing opportunities that would ease the cash flow of the business world were discussed, views were exchanged on current economic developments. ALTSO management pointed out that supporting sectors that increase employment and regional development is of critical importance for the Alanya economy.
