Alanya Authority Martyr Trust Entrusted to Aksoy

Alanya District Governorship hosted an emotional meeting as part of the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day celebrations. Alanya District Governor Şakir Öner Öztürk hosted the family of Martyr Police Chief Halil İbrahim Aksoy and school representatives in his office.

The martyr's wife Aysun Aksoy, children Mehmet Aksoy and Cengizhan Aksoy and Özel Hamdullah Emin Paşa Ortaokulu Director Vildan Karadeniz attended the visit.

Meaningful Handover Ceremony

The most meaningful moment of the day was experienced when District Governor Öztürk handed over his seat of office to secondary school student Aksoy, who was entrusted to the martyr. The young Aksoy, who served as the representative district governor, sat in the administrative chair of the district for a while and experienced the joy of the holiday at the level of office. This symbolic transfer, which took place at the highest level of state representation in Alanya, was appreciated as an indicator of the value given to the families of martyrs.
