Congratulatory Message from Minister Tekin, Emphasizing October 29 and Education

Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin published a congratulatory message on the 29 October Republic Day and congratulated the Turkish nation and the education community. Minister Tekin stated that the 103rd anniversary of the proclamation of the republic, which is one of the great turning points in the glorious history, was perceived with pride and excitement by the nation.

In his message, Minister Tekin stated that the Turkish Cypriot people, citizens living abroad and the entire education community, as well as the citizens in the country, wholeheartedly congratulated the 29 October Republic Day, and commemorated with gratitude the founder of the republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the members of the Gazi Assembly who led and managed the War of Independence, and all the heroes. He commemorated with mercy the martyrs who protected the homeland at the expense of their lives, from Malazgirt to Çanakkale, from the War of Independence to July 15, and the living veterans with gratitude.
