The Ministry of Justice has made the judicial information line developed within the scope of its citizen-oriented service approach available throughout Türkiye. Alo Justice 135 call line, which aims to facilitate access to justice and increase transparency in judicial processes, began operating simultaneously in 81 provinces.

The project, which was implemented to make the functioning of the judicial mechanism more effective and faster, aims to provide citizens with accurate information about judicial processes without wasting time. This practice, which aims to reduce bureaucracy in legal transactions, stands out as one of the strategic steps of the Türkiye Century vision in the field of judiciary.

Congestion in Courthouses Will Reduce

Thanks to the system put into effect in all provinces, citizens' communication with judicial authorities will be strengthened. With the spread of the call center, it is expected that the density of face-to-face consultations in courthouses will decrease and service standards will increase.
