Critical Site Visit from the Ministry Delegation

Oğuzhan Kaya, Coordinator of the Health Tourism Coordination and Foreign Patients Unit of the Ministry of Health, Gökhan Hatipoğlu, who works in the same unit, and Ali Afacan, Unit Manager of the Revolving Fund Budget and Accounting Transactions Department, visited Alanya Training and Research Hospital within the scope of health tourism studies. Within the scope of the visit, the delegation visited Alanya Training and Research Hospital Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Banu Karakuş Yılmaz met with the hospital management and foreign patient unit employees. At the summit, processes related to health tourism, tourist health and health services offered to foreign patients were discussed comprehensively.

Service Processes and Training Studies were Discussed

During the meetings, patient registration and classification processes, service delivery processes, billing and accounting practices were evaluated and the effectiveness of the current operation and issues aimed at improving the processes were focused on. Within the scope of the program, relevant units were given training on field practices. The program ended after an exchange of views on improving the institutional capacity of the hospital, increasing service quality and strengthening international patient satisfaction.
