ALTSO Opens Internationally Valid Certification Exams for the Tourism Sector

ALTSO Voc-Test Examination and Certification Center, an Authorized Certification Body operating within the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO), opens internationally valid Professional Competence Certificate exams for the accommodation sector. Exams will be held between 23-27 November 2026.

Exams will be held in three different areas of expertise

Within the scope of the program, which aims to contribute to the qualified personnel needs of the tourism accommodation sector, exams will be held in the professions of Room Cleaning Attendant (Level 2), Floor Manager (Level 3) and Front Office Attendant (Level 4). In the process planned in two stages, the theoretical exam is held in a single session on the same day for all candidates; Performance exams will be held individually for each candidate, lasting at least 2 hours.

Application Deadline is November 16

There are no prerequisites for candidates to apply for the exam. Those who want to participate must apply to ALTSO with 1 Photo and ID Photocopy by the end of working hours on Monday, November 16, 2026 at the latest. Exam fees were determined as 8,625 TL for Room Cleaning Attendant, 8,850 TL for House Manager and 6,750 TL for Front Office Attendant.
